New Old New York offers engaging, insightful, and entertaining walking tours for New York newbies and natives alike. We're currently offering tours of Central Park, the Upper West Side, the New York City Subway, and Midtown Manhattan.
We focus on the too-hilarious-to-be-true and only-in-New-York stories that make NYC famous. Through these stories we learn about real New Yorkers, their struggles, their triumphs, and the undeniably indomitable spirit of the city. Guests are encouraged to ask questions and share their own experiences. It's all about seeing old New York in a whole new way.

Founder Laura Merrill is a licensed tour guide and native New Yorker. She has worked as a tour guide at The New York Transit Museum and Kaplan International Center. Her engaging personality and charming sense of humor make New Old New York tours as entertaining as they are enlightening, and as historical as they are hysterical.
